The Zimbabwe Cricket (ZC) Board provides the highest level of strategic guidance and governance to the organisation. By setting policy, the Board is ultimately accountable and responsible for the performance and affairs of ZC.
The Board operates by delegating authority to the board committees and management. Decision making is on consensus.
Member associations representing each of Zimbabwe’s 10 administrative provinces have seven directors on the 13-member ZC Board, while the provincial chairpersons also decide on the appointment of the remaining six directors onto the Board.
The current ZC Board, elected into office on 14 June 2019, is as follows:
